Microneedling

Smoother texture, softer scars, tighter pores. Controlled micro-channels trigger your own collagen to rebuild the skin from beneath — with the needle depth set to your skin, your concern, and your skin tone.

Built for Texture Topicals Can’t Reach

Serums work on the surface. Microneedling creates thousands of controlled micro-channels into the layer where scars, pores, and lines are actually structured — so your skin rebuilds itself with new collagen.

Acne scars

Indented Acne Scars & Rough Texture

For scarring you can feel with a fingertip. Micro-channels break up scar tethering and trigger collagen to fill the depression from underneath — studies show roughly 51–60% improvement in acne scar appearance across a series.

Pores + lines

Enlarged Pores & Fine Lines

For pores that look bigger every year and early crepey lines. New collagen thickens and tightens the surrounding skin, which visibly refines pore size and softens fine lines — around 40–50% improvement in overall texture.

Neck + body

Neck, Décolleté & Stretch Marks

Texture isn’t only on the face. The same collagen response smooths crepey necks, sun-textured chests, and stretch marks on the body, using depths adjusted for thinner or tougher skin.

Where You Have It Done Changes the Result

With microneedling, outcomes track with the provider's experience and the standards of the room — far more than with the brand of device sitting on the tray.

Progress Tracked Every Visit

We photograph your skin under the same standardized lighting every session, so you see scars soften and pores tighten in real images — and we adjust the plan based on what your skin is actually doing.

Professional Device

An FDA-cleared professional device produces clean, uniform micro-channels at a precisely controlled depth. Consumer pens and rollers often have dull or uneven needles that tear the skin instead, which is how texture ends up worse rather than better.

Healing-First Goal Set

Stacking treatments too close together drives inflammation and pigment problems. We space sessions 4–8 weeks apart — wider for deeper skin tones — because your collagen keeps rebuilding in the weeks between visits, not just during them.

Rolling Needles Over Your Face at Home Isn’t the Same Treatment

Home rollers can’t be properly sterilized, and dull or uneven needles tear skin instead of creating clean channels. Controlled depth, sterile tips, and a medical setting are what make this work.

What to Expect From Your Series

Series Roadmap3–6 sessions · 4–8 weeks apart

Healing WindowRedness 24–48 hrs · makeup after 24 hrs

Your session count depends on how deep your scarring or texture runs and how your skin heals. Deeper skin tones are treated with shallower depths and fuller spacing between visits to protect against post-inflammatory pigment. Exact plan and pricing are confirmed at your skin mapping.

From Skin Mapping to New Collagen

01

Skin Mapping & Depth Plan

We examine your texture zone by zone, review your medical history and any contraindications, and set the needle depth for each area based on your concern and skin tone. You’ll know your session count before you begin.

02

The Treatment

Skin is cleansed and numbed for 30–45 minutes. We open a new sterile cartridge, pass the pen in controlled, even sections, and finish with PRP or a medical-grade serum into the fresh micro-channels.

03

Healing & Collagen Build

Expect redness like a light sunburn for 24–48 hours and makeup after 24 hours. Texture starts improving in 1–2 weeks, and collagen continues rebuilding for months.
